In my opinion, X is very simple, simpler than 9 in many ways. It actually has a lot of interface stuff from system 6 (which I'm almost positive came directly from Steve himself as he had a lot to do with the interface of mac os 1-5). Yes it's still buggier than a commercial release should be and i'm not happy about that (it took me a zero all data on my iMac to get it to load and still allow me to use the keyboard!!!???) but soon, very soon, it will be the best OS on the planet, bar none. I wish I could boot X in 12 secs like 6, but then I wouldn't have all the features of X if that were case would I? For the first time in SEVEN YEARS, us Mac users can 'nenner neener' PeeCee users again.
