I use Stuffit Deluxe on MacOS X to segment the file and then use floppies to transfer it.

Yes - they're very cool. I have one that I use on my Plus and SE. I have a PDS card for my now-dead SE/30. :/ I kind of wish I had a PDS card for the SE to...
But I gotta tell ya, that LocalTalk stuff is really cool. I have some PhoneNet adapters, and it's very cool to be able to run that decade-old OS, networked with networking tools of the time. It's just neat.
