See https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/38661 . My suggestion would be to either
compile a kernel with CONFIG_IPV6=y and then use ipv6.disable=1 in the kernel
cmdline (that's what I do), or build ipv6 as a module and blacklist it via
modprobe.conf
