udev was absorbed looong ago by systemd

[root@hosting:~]$ locate libudev
/usr/lib64/libudev.so.1
/usr/lib64/libudev.so.1.6.2

[root@hosting:~]$ rpm -q --file /usr/lib64/libudev.so.1.6.2
systemd-libs-219-57.el7_5.1.x86_64
