With this method, just make sure you understand that you are getting only an approximation. You are not truly doing the conversion correctly. All such conversions require a "fudge" factor, which I have fully explained in the preface to the Green Book, Gold Book, Blue Book, etc. You have to use this "fudge" factor, for lack of a better term to get the true conversion.
