1. Inger in the stands, on camera, during those races, cheering heroically for her teammates. After the 4x1 medal ceremony, Inger runs onto the field and is helped onto the awards stand, where Marion drapes her medal around Inger's neck, while everyone cries.
2. Interview of her father, Lennox, crestfallen. But when Inger runs onto the field, NBC, knowing where he is sitting in the stands, switches to that camera to catch him cheering, crying.
3. Interview of boyfriend, dejected, until he runs trackside, where Inger leaps into his waiting arms, shows him medal, kisses both.
4. Interview of replacement 4x1 member, saying how grateful she was to get spot on team while lamenting how sad she was to take Inger's spot, leaving viewers to wonder if she was more grateful than sad.

This is great news for NBC.
They can now do an "up close and personal" heartbreak story without the distraction of any track and field.
________
We will probably be subjected to the story BEFORE the start of the track competition .. Before and during the rounds of the women's 100 .. Before and during the rounds of the women's 200 .. And before and during the rounds of the women's 4x1 .. Of course there will be interviews in between .. With Inger to find out how it is affecting her ... With Marion to find out how it is affecting her .. With whomever gets the silver and bronze in the 100 & 200 to find out if they think they would have gotten their medals had Inger been in the race .. And of course with the members of the women's 4x1 win lose or draw to find out what effect not having Inger with them had on the outcome of the race ..
Did I miss anything ??
