Yes, he is going to pursue his first love.....basketball.

Cochrane can cut him the same deal with TAC/TFUSA that he did when she was suspended, and they get the family discount on the legal fees because they just photocopy the plea bargain.

I see Mr Cochrane is on the case again...and what's this about CJ's plans to
retire post-Sydney?  Anyone heard that before?

Champion US shotputter CJ Hunter broke down in tears today after his wife,
sprinter Marion Jones, pledged her support to him in an emotional press
conference.

Hunter appeared flanked by Johnnie Cochrane, the lawyer who defended OJ
Simpson, who claimed he was there as a family friend.

Hunter produced a nutritionist, Victor Conte, who claimed that on the data
he had been examining from Hunter he could not have taken the steroid
nandrolone and was the victim of a tainted dietary supplement.

Hunter said there was no way he would have risked bringing this sort of
shame on his family and he had planned to retire anyway after the Olympics.

He said he was fighting to clear his name and would do so, but would not
return to competitive sport.

The International Olympic Committee revealed earlier today that Hunter had
tested positive to massive doses of nandrolone in four tests over a one
month period.
