Yes, VERY impressive at VCP Sat, he basically jogged the last mile and still 
ran 30:33, even though the course wasn't the usual tough 10K layout there. 
The easier course would indicate he (and the other Dist. 1 runners) won't be 
too beat up going to Ames.
