t-and-f: 2000 US marathon list

I'm compiling the 2000 US marathon lists for the USATF Media Guide and FAST
annual.

A preliminary men's list appears at website below; women to follow shortly.

I need info regarding:

* anyone not on top 50 list who thinks he should be
* anyone whose year of birth is missing
* anyone with an incorrect or missing track club affiliation
