Earlier this year T&FN listed (in The Source, I think) which back issues of Track Technique/Trak COach they had available. I ordered some copies at that point. I was hoping to order some more copies, but couldn't find the listing of which back issues were available. So logically I call and ask whoever asnwered if they would be kind enought to fax tbose two pages to me. [I was hoping to place my order before the weekend]. The lady tells me that she can't fax it but that she can mail it. I explain to her that I will be away next week and that really won't help me. I asked to be transferred to someone else who tells me that they don't have time to do photocopying and faxing, but that she could mail it to me. I could see if I was asking them to fax something that they'd have to look-up and do a lot of research on, or even if it were several pages. Needless to say i'm annoyed.
