Before he made his mark making the first Hannibal movie and coming up with
Miami Vice and eventually The Insider, Michael Mann co-wrote and directed
the made for TV The Jericho Mile which IMHO was excellent even if just for
the music. Watching Peter Strauss run those sub four minute miles to the
strains of Sympathy for the Devil could get you out the front door anytime.
