Canadian Dick Pound seems to have had it out for the U.S. Maybe this feud has something to do with the U.S. men regaining sprint supremacy over the good folks to the north. Or, could it be that Dick Pound knows what he is talking about. After all, the Canadians do have the dubious distinction of being home of the greatest Olympic and track and field drug cheat.
