Maybe it's time for the USATF to open up? No one has ever had faith in
secret tribunals. Why does our federation persist with the notion that
it's a good idea?

Not so. A grievance has been filed by World Cup head coach Ron Bazil,
and the case will be taken before the National Athletics Board Of
Review. Formal action is likely to begin in January.

The NABR is composed of members/volunteers who are appointed, jointly,
by the USATF president and the chairs of Law & Legislation and the
Athlete Advisory Committee.  Each NABR panel has three members<one an
athlete<with the composition thereof kept secret going in.>>
