So far we have given 2 (TWO) meeting announcements for the October meeting.
We have had 0 (ZERO) replies. As a condition of or contract we have to
guarantee rooms to the hotel by the end of the business day on June 11
(superscript: th). Otherwise we will have to cancel the reserved rooms and
there is no guarantee of availability or room rate. Please respond ASAP.
