I updated the documentation to fix those errors. fieldId and event are
no longer valid parameters of AjaxEventSubmit. Rather, you should add an
eventListener on the @PropertySelection (or whatever you have) that
points to the AjaxEventSubmit, like this:
<span jwcid="[EMAIL PROTECTED]:AjaxEventSubmit" updateComponent="..."
action="..." />
....
<input jwcid="@PropertySelection" ... eventListener="onchange=someEvent" />
That should work for you. I think the site's not updated with the
correct docs, yet.

Hi,
I'm trying to use anAjaxEventSubmit to refresh the content of a combo
when another combo had changed its content but I have problems to
configure the AjaxEventSubmit.
Component Reference page mentions two properties, called fieldId and
event, to associate the component and the event that the
AjaxEventSubmit listen for.
When I try to use these properties, I got an error message because the
AjaxEventComponent doesn't allow these properties.
How can I link a component with a AjaxEventSubmit to associate the
AjaxEventSubmit listener with the component event (like onchage, for
instance)?
Thanks and regards,
Juan Pablo
