I don't think there should be, apache 2.0 is about as liberal as you can get right? We've also received confirmation from apache legal that dojo + apache are compatible.  I updated the comments in the referenced ticket.

Thanks for keeping on top of this ! I'd hoped to clean things up more once we're able to start building real .js packages, but it's good that you are doing it now.
