[Tacos-devel] beta-2 release

If you guys are waiting for me to go through and make the beta-2 release happen I wouldn't hold my breath too much as my special "ie" laptop is temporarily out of commission. It should be fixed within a week or so but there's nothing stopping you from deciding it's ready for beta-2 release or not yourselves.

Just be sure you ~really~ test everything on ie + ff at a minimum. I usually save ie for last because it's such a special treat chasing down errors in that environment ;)

My internal checklist is normally:
-) FF everything working , check
-) ie everything working, check
-) No obvious bugs that may be holding people up that are depending on tacos now. ..
-) Documentation is more or less in line with what's getting released.

Release files/docs on sf, notify Viktor that demo needs updating.
