Some of the back/forward functionality is now horribly broken, but I promise I'll be working with whomever I need to at dojo to get the issues resolved.

There are some other things broken as well, like apparently the debug console....I may end up porting the asset service fix to 4.0.1 tomorrow as well so that we can fix this via a real widget instead of the overwhelming amount of stuff in Border.html. If all goes well I'll try and start a 4.0.1 release vote either tomorrow or the day after.

Sorry for whomever's stuff I broke. My IE environment is back now so I'll be spending a lot of time fixing up whatever needs fixing in tacos for the beta-2 release now.
