You want to check out the tacos4-pre-tap-4-1 branch. CVS head is pretty much useless for anyone else but me right now.

So should I be using maven2 to build then?

I finally maven to produce a tacos-core-4.1-SNAPSHOT.jar and it doesn't include

net/sf/tacos/Tacos.library

I tried ant and got.
