Actually, I haven't ajax enabled the grid.  I'm waiting for Tap4.1 to
mature enough that I can use it, and then I'll do it in Tap4.1, where
it will be almost trivially easy to do it via the EventListener
functionality.  Any work done to get it functional in Tap4 would
likely be a waste of time, although one could easily just add a new
service to send the data back via XHR, and then move the service code
into an EventListener in order to integrate with Tap4.1
