BTW, I guess we'll have to rethink how tacos overrides several
Tapestry's js functions - which, as you've found, does not allow
users to refresh or cancel a non-ajax form.
And don't generally trust methods starting with underscore :)
As you've already found, they may not work correctly for every
kind of input.
