That's really nice of you for doing that,
mvn install works for me, but mvn jetty:run don't working.

did I miss something?

or we should add something like the following to pom.xml?

I've restructured the folders a bit - following maven's suggestions.

'ant dist' still works
'mvn install' also works - there's still an issue of how to deal with
the js artifacts.
They're currently added in the generated jar

Running the demo is even simpler now...

mvn jetty:run
