Have you found a solution to this? I seem to have a similiar problem and can't seem to find it anywhere. If I leave out the dojo imports the security warning doesn't come up.

"about:blank" may be the cause of IE's behavior,
BUT I don't see any "about:blank" generated somewhere...
What's your generated source? Which version of tacos you have?
