I also just tried downloading the latest version of the tacos demo .war from sourceforge and the September 20th nightly build (4.0.1). Both of these demos contained this problem. To reproduce, just type in any name other than admin, hit save, and after the validation errors are displayed, hit save again. There will be a full page refresh. However, this is not occurring on the live demo version so either the fixes haven't been made available or the problem lies with tomcat.
