well, if you set up a proposal for a "new" class like automobiles, at
the current state of access restriction definitions, I'd expect some
details where this applies to, but I think that it shouldn't actually
be necessary to invent a new class, because motor_car is exactly what
you do want to introduce.

I wasn't actually "changing", I was reverting to the state that was
there for a long time in the English (=official) version.

I have written to the German ML where I guess he will read about it,
because he is German or Swiss.

Btw.: I have temporarily reverted my edit because I see that it is not
undisputed.
