An ideal solution would be to discuss of the issue with the key page's creator, agree on one of the tags, and document that one. If there is no agreement, the Key:wholesale page should be turned into a proposal imo. With a very low number of uses, afaik no previous discussion, and a competing approach that is actually used more often, it is by no means an established tag.
