yes, that is the point of the thread opener:
man_made=works does not make sense for one building only.
I always tag man_made=works for the whole area of a work/factory complex
of one operator (as one object).
landuse=industrial otherwise may be the whole industrial area with
several works (it is a use, not an object).
It does not collide with man_made=works and can exist parallel.
