As a matter of fact, tehre is. I checked Tower bridge in London because the structure is well-known and combines several types of bridges. Checking it, I found out what was changed for bridge tagging and converted it to the new tag style. You can see the differences at http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/29134654 Essentially, what you are looking for is bridge:structure=* -nik
