Thanks for repeating, now I understand (it's even described on the wiki:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Key:attraction).
So probably tourist_attraction=yes/no is good enough. Do we need to add
special proposal and vote it or is it safe to just add another tagging
scheme (and mention it on tourism=attraction page)?
