Also please call me out if I am wrong, particularly if it is actually
possible to change lines before 10AM or after 4PM any day of the week,
which it really wasn't even back then.  You were basically screwed if you
tried to catch the 20 Burnside or 62 Murray after dark or before sunrise as
recently as a year ago, so even then I wouldn't have called the station as
being fully open after about 3:30PM or before about 9:00AM despite being a
major transfer point.  Bump it about 15 minutes earlier and later for
Beaverton Transit Center, having lines serve it later and earlier largely
out of being more remote yet closer to the Elmonica depot.
