I don't have the time, search them yourself, there were proposals for a lot
of shop types, the office tag also was proposed AFAIR, crop and produce I
am not sure about a proposal, but they have been discussed here quite some
time.

write a proposal or create it in your User area. A lot of people also do
the second (as long as things are drafted).
If you set up new pages in the main namespace for unused tags, it leads to
fragmentation (because of the duplicates people create and the issues other
people find later, so that we end up with abandoned tags that are hard to
get off)

you should not document tags without significant use the same way we
document established tags. It confuses people.

What is your reasoning for rejecting the idea that unused tags (or lowest
usage stuff) get documented as a proposed thing, rather than an established
convention?
