I could not evaluate it either. But then I think if someone wants to enter that
data in to OSM that is fine.
The fact that someone can specify what a plant species is and I cannot does not
mean it cannot go in to OSM.
To me this proposal looks like a preparation for an import.
Oh dear. A dirty filthy import. Where would OSM be if they were allowed?
A lot more blank areas on the map. May be not where you are, but in some places
they have been very usefull.
