With maps like https://osm-catalan.github.io/osmcatmap/ with code forked from Bicycle tags maps like this https://github.com/yopaseopor/customosmapp you can do the map you want about any tag=value with no dedicated server (only account of github). So if you are interested in all this stuff you can do your map.
