Hello everyone I couldn't find a tag for a protection gallery that doesn't protect against avalanches, but against rockfall and/or landslides (i.e. not a `tunnel=avalanche_protector`).

This would also solve the problem that `avalanche_protector` currently is a value of `tunnel` although protection galleries technically aren't tunnels and usually aren't signposted with a tunnel (ahead) sign.
