Hi,

I could compile the binaries and import the data but while starting the taginfo webserver from terminal, getting the following error -

/usr/lib/ruby/1.9.1/rubygems/custom_require.rb:36:in `require': /var/lib/gems/1.9.1/gems/r18n-core-2.0.4/lib/r18n-core/locale.rb:179: invalid multibyte char (US-ASCII) (SyntaxError) /var/lib/gems/1.9.1/gems/r18n-core-2.0.4/lib/r18n-core/locale.rb:179: invalid multibyte char (US-ASCII) /var/lib/gems/1.9.1/gems/r18n-core-2.0.4/lib/r18n-core/locale.rb:179: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting keyword_end

Tried writing |# encoding: utf-8 |on top of the file but didn't work. Also tried using magic-encoding(https://github.com/m-ryan/magic_encoding) gem to change project-wide encoding but that didn't work either. Am I missed anything.?

From the list archives, I could see Stephen was able to run it on Ubuntu 14.04. Any thoughts Stephen?

thanks,
yogi
