This doesn't make any sense. Most projects were started and used the tags they use long before taginfo even had the projects feature. Only if you compared changes to the taginfo.json files during the time they existed (which you can't generally), you could see whether any new tags were added etc. But even that would be questionable because changes in the taginfo.json file could be because of the change in the project they describe or because the json file was wrong and didn't really reflect what tags the project was using.
And please don't spam owners of those projects. The email address in the json file is for when there are actual problems with those files.
