Prior to building jakarta-taglibs, gump will check out the following
projects from cvs:

xml-xerces xml-xalan2 jakarta-oro jakarta-ant jakarta-servletapi-4 bsf
xml-xalan2 dom4j jakarta-log4j

It will build them in the appropriate order (including their dependencies).

Then it will use the jars produced by this process to build
jakarta-taglibs.
