All the rules you need to be concerned about are in the LICENSE file that
is included with the various tag libraries, and quoted at the top of every
source file, which boils down to "include the copyright notice", "don't
use Apache's names to describe your own product", and "give Apache
credit."  This license covers the documentation as well.

If you want to ask for formal permission from the Apache Software
Foundation, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] that describes what you want to
do.
