Taglib developers, Subversion had some problems about 1-2 weeks ago, current working theory is that it had something to do with ViewCVS and how it accessed the Subversion repository directly. Since that time, ViewCVS has been removed from the loop and Subversion has stabilized as expected.
I'd encourage all to use the test repository and consider starting a vote thread for migration.
