I am using the Mailer tag library version 1.1 current release together with tomcat 4.1.24. Unfortunately I can not compose a message using charset="iso-8859-2". I checked that nightly built of mailer tag lib supports charset attribute for message tag but unfortunately it does not want to work. I would be gratefuf for any help.
