The topic was all about the Google Summer of Code project proposed by Mark. We advised Mark that a good first goal for the summer would be to finish Kevan's patch that implements "Upload Strategy of Happiness". There are a bunch of other related tickets that it would be cool to fix, including a big refactoring to make immutable and mutable files use the same or most of the same upload and download code. Hopefully MarkB will make quick work of the initial "Upload Strategy of Happiness" task and then take on other tasks afterward.
