Hi,
I'll be the release manager for Tails 1.2.2, scheduled to be released on
2015-01-14 (or maybe even 2015-01-13, see below).
Here's the preliminary release schedule:
2015-01-06: - Please try to have all branches aimed at 1.2.2 ready
by this date!
2015-01-13: - Tor Browser 4.x, based on Firefox 31.4.0esr is
*hopefully* out.
- Tag 1.2.2 in Git, build and upload ISO and IUKs.
- Start testing 1.2.2.
2015-01-14: - Finish testing and release Tails 1.2.2.
Me and intrigeri are going to work together on the final image building,
starting early (CET) on 2015-01-13, and if we're efficient, we may even
try to release 1.2.2 on the same day. This may depend on testers being
"on call" late (CET) that day.
So, testers, please let me know if you are available on:
* 2015-01-13, late (CET)?
* 2015-01-14, early and afternoon (CET)?
