Hi Christian, Yeah, I saw your previous post and greatly appreciate the work you put into this :)
I'd love to help with this, unfortunately my time for the next month or two is very limited, and I'm not familiar with how theming works. I'll try to test this when time permits, but I hope someone else will beat me to it. In any case, if someone that is familiar with tails and its (previous) theme configuration is available for some questions, please let me know so I can ping you when trying to add back camo support.
