I'll be the RM for 4.24, unless anonym takes it over a week before the release. Any change meant to be included in this release must be merged by Friday, Oct 29, 10:00 UTC. This release should include a major upgrade: Tor Browser based on Firefox 91. We won't have the capacity to do a release candidate but we should be able to at least call for testing of a nightly build.
