Hi,

First of all, Tails is not meant to be run as a relay so you are
probably engaging yourself on a rather tricky issue. On our side, we
have very little time to dedicate to user support, and we prefer to
focus on the core use cases of Tails. But maybe other people on this
list are ready to do so.

If you want to investigate this further, I'd have a look at the iptables
firewall. The default firewall in Tails is pretty strict and for example
drops every incoming connection by default.
