*Which is the brand, and model of the computer?* NP900X3C-A01ES
   2. *What exactly happens when trying to start? Report the complete error
message that appears on the screen, if any. *i am able to boot the
initial USB Tails, however , when i do create a clone with a persistence
volume on it, i wont boot at all. one thing very weird is that, i actually
had to go back to windows and use Linux Universal Installer , the reason
for doing this is because Unetbootin TAils would not be able to boot at all
. so i used Linux Universal Installer, i was able to boot the first USB,
however the second USB ( created with Tails own tool ) wont boot all. I
did play aound BIOS settings, and not luck at all. there is a option at the
BIOS about UEFI : load UEFI and Legacy OS / Only Legacy Os. I did try both
   , No luck.

*From which media are you trying to start Tails: DVD, USB stick
   installed manually
   <https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/installation/manual/index.en.html>,
USB stick installed with Tails Installer
   <https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/installation/manual/index.en.html>,
SD card? Keep in mind that, we do not support any other installation method
than the ones listed above* . USB stick installed with Tails
Installer<https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/installation/manual/index.en.html>
   5. *Have you been able to start Tails successfully on this computer
before, from another media, or with another version of Tails? If so, which
ones? *NO the persistence USB at all. i did try the last 2 TAils versions
   6.

*Does the same media start successfully on other computers? *yes ... it
does starts at my desktop. almost 5 years old desktop ...
   7. *Have you been able to start Tails successfully on the same computer
using different installation methods? For example, it might start from a
DVD but not from a USB stick. *i dont have a DVD...only USB
   8. *What installation method did you use to set up Tails?* as described.
. Universal Installer ( windows ) and tails own clone tool.
