When I first installed Tails 0.22 on a DVD, a menu at the top had a link
to wikileaks and also a (guess you would call it an Atlas) showing TOR
servers around the world. It showed quite a large number of servers, I
would guess much greater than 40. And there was an option to
automatically choose a random server each time I wanted to use TOR. But
now that has all disappeared.
