This suggestion worked perfectly. I downloaded the latest UEFI iso image from the repository: tails-i386-feature_uefi-1.0-20140324T1026Z-dd350d4.iso and used InfraRecorder to burn a live DVD. I then booted the DVD into Tails 1.0 and used the Tails "Clone & Install" option to created a bootable USB stick. The USB was a 64GB Lexar. I was then able to boot the USB stick on my Lenovo W520 and modify the stick to persistent. The persistent version booted fine and I have been able to download and save a file. It all seems to work! _______________________________________________ tails-support mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.boum.org/listinfo/tails-support To unsubscribe from this list, send an empty email to [email protected].
