I have followed the directions to a t for both a manual install from a mac to a usb and from windows to a usb. Both times I can see the usb device in the boot menu but when I select it to boot from I get a black screen with the words "No bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key"
Can anybody give an idea why this is happening? I am running a macbook pro 15in late 2011 model, 2.2 GHz intel core i7 with 8GB of ram and OS X 10.9.2. Thanks Mike
