Well, if someone feels they might need to use this for emergency
shutdown (hey, that's the purpose of this feature :) and get mentally
prepared to it, then I think they should simply pick the hardware
accordingly, i.e. a boot device they can remove easily and
quickly enough.

I'm personally open to seeing patches implementing something like
that, but my concern is that it'll be hard to find a keybinding that
people don't type by mistake. Ctrl+Alt+Del means very different things
in another common operating system, so I don't think that's a good
one. But maybe there are other ideas?
